EMPLOYMENT INCOME

• Two recent pay stubs (within the last 30 days)
• Notice of assessments (provincial and federal and for the last two fiscal years)
  • You receive these after you have submitted your income tax declaration
• T4s for the last two fiscal years
  • Provided to you by your employer
• Letter of employment
  • On company letterhead, dated (within the last 30 days) and signed
  • Minimum information required:
    • Date of hire
    • Annual base salary (bonuses if applicable)
    • Job title
    • Status – full or part-time; contractual; seasonal; on-call; probationary period
    • The lender will confirm the employment 100% of the cases – please inform your employer.
• The documents required provide a two-year average to use the income
• We need to establish a three-year employment history as well
